How to find us

The White Horse is situated in between East Cholderton and Thruxton villages. We are located a stone’s throw from the A303 off the Thruxton village exit.

Travelling by car?

From London – Proceed south on the M3 until you come to Junction 8 signposted A303 West Country. Leave the M3 at this exit and proceed west on the A303 for approximately 15 miles until you see the signs for Thruxton and East Cholderton villages. Follow the exit; at the first junction turn left and you will see the White Horse almost immediately on your left.

From the West – Proceed east on the M4 towards London leaving at Junction 13 signposted Oxford/Newbury. Proceed south on A34 towards Newbury for approximately 20 miles until you come to the exit signposted A303 for Basingstoke/Andover. Take this exit and proceed west on the A303 for approximately 15 miles until you see the signs for Thruxton and East Cholderton villages. Follow the exit; at the first junction turn left and you will see the White Horse almost immediately on your left.

From the South – Proceed towards London heading north on the M3. Leave at Junction 9 and head north towards Oxford/Newbury on the A34 signposted Basingstoke/Andover. Head west on the A303 towards Andover and exit the A303 at Thruxton/East Cholderton village exit. Follow the exit round and at the first junction turn left and you will see the White Horse almost immediately.
